Good stay, no food in this property, but u can order from Swiggy or zomato, footstep beach access, rooms are spacious with AC and also neat.

I had a wonderful experience in Raj sea front resorts.
We stayed here for 3 days.
I visited so many resorts in India but it is entirely different. Wide area in the property,beach view, cleanliness what not everything is good.
Especially the workers are very cooperative.
Food only not available but we can order through swiggy and zomato.

We stayed here for our anniversary - The room we got was very big and the view is brilliant.
The room was clean and basic toiletries wee provided ( toothpaste/toothbrush isn't available, you would need to carry ) . Super close to the beach . The beach isn't private to the property but the footfall wasnt very high ,making it a peaceful experience.
Food isn't available on property but super convenient to order from Santosh bar and Kitchen . We ordered mostly sea food . It was tasty and very very pocket friendly.
Only suggestion is the water pressure in the rooms can be improved as it is very very low.

Maintenence should be improved.
Big rooms, we booked Two BHK apartment. They are providing kitchen, gas and utensils. We stayed one day only. Went there in the evening and vacated in the early morning. We are not able to enjoy.

The owners are absolutely pathetic the building is very portly maintained . The owners would charge immense amount but can’t even provide basic amenities and repairs . They told us they would charge extra for early checkin because we were not allowed to even use the washroom so we kept luggage down , they then told we could use the washroom and then they were char us for 8 hours even though we kept our luggage in office and we were at the beach for 4 hours . Absolutely horrible experience the property manager is very ill mannered doesn’t even have the basic decency to accept what they told us they just want to fool you and charge extra . Will never recommend this place there are way better places at a similar price and location .

Great place to stay, if you want to stay bang on the beach. Amazing seaview when you wake up on the bed. Not enough Just sit in the spacious balcony with your favourite food ( Need to Order Online) facing beach.
Very friendly and courteous staff and respond very quick. Few simple tweaks and improvements and I feel this would be the most sought after vacation stay in Mangalore.

I've stayed there with family, it was pleasant experience.
The best part is the view from each room! Simply beautiful...
Although there is no in-house restaurant there are plenty of options on swiggy and Zomato, they arrange for breakfast, if communicated in advance.
Overall a great experience every single time as we're there for short time but would definitely like to visit again! My kids enjoyed the stay.

It was very nice experience for us. we were two friends who came for business meeting. we did not have any issues in the room. we could use the beach area till late night. There is no disturbance from locals or anyone. Overall, great experience. We got it for 3500 feels the price could have been a little lesser. But overall great experience.

We stayed in this hotel from 10 Dec 2023 to 13 Dec 2023. We were 2 girls and it is really safe.
The staff gave us a warm welcome and are very polite and helpful.
The beach seems like private since not many of them come near beach except for weekends.
Cons :
* After charging more per stay, they didnot keep any basic bath products like tooth brushes, comb, soap, shampoo, facewash or toothpaste and towels. Since it is away from city it is hard to find them as well.
* No complimentary food or beverages even though the stay was little on the higher side.
Pros :
* Clean
* Helpful staff
* Privacy
* can order home food with them

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach house in Mangalore, and it was an experience beyond words. The stunning views of the ocean right from our doorstep were simply breathtaking. The house itself was impeccably designed, combining modern amenities with a cozy beachfront vibe.
